01About these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of AppCradle, a service for combining App Store Connect and Google Play analytics and application reviews. The operator identified below is referred to as “we,” “us” or “AppCradle.” “You” means the person using the service and, when authorized to act for an organization, that organization.

By using AppCradle, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use AppCradle for an organization, you must have authority to act for it. Any separate written agreement with us takes precedence where it expressly conflicts with these terms.
02What AppCradle provides
AppCradle provides accounts and company workspaces, team access, store connections, report imports, revenue and subscription analytics, acquisition reporting, currency conversion, country views, report downloads, and a section for imported app reviews. Features depend on your access role, configuration and the data available from each store.
Review features display imported written reviews and existing developer responses. They do not currently publish or edit replies in the stores. Sample dashboards on the public website use demonstration data and do not predict results for your business.
03Accounts and company access
Provide accurate account information, keep it current and protect your passwords, passkeys and email account. Do not share an individual sign-in with other people. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must be legally able to enter this agreement. The service is intended for professional and business use. Company owners and administrators are responsible for inviting the right people, assigning appropriate roles and removing access when it is no longer needed. An invitation does not authorize access to a store or data that the company does not control.
04Store connections and imports
Only connect apps, reporting buckets and store accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the credentials and permissions you supply and for complying with Apple’s, Google’s and other relevant providers’ terms.
Connecting a store authorizes AppCradle to use the supplied credentials to request and process the reports and reviews needed for its features. Imports can run when requested and through scheduled background refreshes while the app and connection remain configured. A refresh is not guaranteed to retrieve a report that the provider has not made available.
You can revoke credentials or permissions at the provider and remove tracked apps in company settings where those controls are available. Previously imported records may remain after an app is removed or credentials are revoked; request deletion separately if needed.
05Understanding the reports
Analytics reflect the reports successfully imported from each provider. Reports may be delayed, incomplete, corrected or unavailable, and providers can use different reporting periods, time zones, definitions and privacy thresholds. “Unavailable” is different from zero. A subscriber snapshot is not a count of every person active during a selected period.
Currency conversion uses external rates and may differ from settlement rates or the amounts received in a bank account. Imported review averages cover the written reviews held by AppCradle, not necessarily a store’s public lifetime rating. Google Play history is limited by the reviews available through its API and the records already saved here.
Verify important figures against the original store reports. AppCradle does not provide accounting, tax, investment or legal advice, and does not guarantee revenue or business outcomes.
06Your data and our service
As between you and AppCradle, you retain your rights in the company information and other content you supply. App-store reviews, provider reports and other third-party material remain subject to their owners’ rights. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, reproduce and display authorized data to provide, maintain and support the service.
You are responsible for having the rights, notices and permissions needed to provide data and share it with workspace members. Do not upload unrelated sensitive personal information. Handle downloaded reports securely and share them only with authorized recipients.
AppCradle’s software, branding and design remain ours or our licensors’. These terms give you permission to use the service as intended, not ownership of it. Personal-information handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
07Acceptable use
You must not use AppCradle to:
- Access another company’s data or connect a store without authorization.
- Bypass access controls, misuse credentials or interfere with the service’s security.
- Upload malicious content, disrupt imports or impose unreasonable automated load.
- Violate applicable law, privacy rights, intellectual-property rights or provider restrictions.
- Misrepresent imported reports or reviews as endorsements by AppCradle, Apple or Google.
Report suspected security issues privately using the contact above, without accessing unrelated data.
08Availability, changes and fees
We may maintain, update or change features. Outages, provider changes, permission failures and technical limits can affect availability or the timing of imports. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, there is no guaranteed uptime, refresh time or retention of a particular feature. We will give notice of material service changes where required by law.
These terms do not themselves authorize a payment or recurring charge. If a paid plan or separately charged service is offered, its price, billing period and applicable cancellation terms must be disclosed separately before you purchase it.
09Suspension and ending use
You may stop using the service, revoke store access and ask us to close your account. Contact us for account closure or workspace-data deletion; these are not currently available through a self-service account-deletion button. Where available, download the reports you need before ending access.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, a security risk, a breach of these terms or a legal requirement. We will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue where appropriate, but urgent action may be needed first. Deletion and retention are addressed in the Privacy Policy; ending an individual’s access does not automatically delete the company’s records.
10Warranties and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and third-party data are provided as available, without a promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose. You remain responsible for your decisions, account security and the accuracy of information you supply.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or opportunities arising from use of the service or reliance on incomplete provider data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes mandatory consumer rights and remedies. Any separate written service agreement may set additional responsibilities.
11Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, subject to any mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules that apply to you. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. If it cannot be resolved, either party may seek a remedy in a court with jurisdiction under applicable law. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
12Updates and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated where required, and any acceptance required by applicable law must be obtained. If you do not agree to revised terms, stop using the service and contact us about closing your account.
Send service, legal or account-related questions to the operator using the contact details in the first section. Never include passwords, private keys or service-account credentials in an email.
