A useful advertising dashboard starts with the correct publisher account, selected apps and a clear report definition. This guide takes you from connection to a first reporting check.

The key idea

Check account, apps, report mode, dates and coverage before drawing conclusions from estimated earnings.

1. Connect the publisher account

Your apps must already be configured for AdMob. As a company owner or administrator, open Settings → AdMob and authorize the Google account with access to the publisher reports. Confirm the connected account, currency and timezone.

Select the apps you want to import. New apps remain excluded until selected; reconnect when you need to refresh the account’s app catalog.

  • Confirm the publisher account.
  • Select only the apps you want included.
  • Record the report currency and timezone.

2. Check import progress

Open Settings → Imports to inspect progress and warnings. Retry an interrupted import there. Daily background refreshes keep connected reports current, but Google may revise recent estimates.

Missing report days are unknown, not zero earnings. Wait for complete coverage before interpreting a change between periods.

3. Choose Network or Mediation

In Statistics → AdMob, choose the report, period and app. Network and Mediation represent overlapping views, so do not add their earnings together. Use the same mode and filters for comparisons.

Start with estimated earnings, impressions and eCPM. Then inspect countries, formats and supported ad-unit details. Match rate and Network show rate help distinguish demand from delivery.

4. Read the company overview

Statistics Overview shows available store proceeds alongside the selected advertising report. Keep estimates, coverage and currency conversions in view; the total is an operating report, not a reconciliation of bank payouts.

Bring your revenue reports together.

Explore revenue and subscriptions in one workspace, with visibility into report coverage. Free during early access. No payment details required.
