Subscription health at a glance
See MRR, active trials, new paid subscriptions and refunds in Statistics Overview, separately for each connected project.
Explore the full report
Review revenue, estimated proceeds, active subscriptions and supported daily conversion or churn measures in Statistics → RevenueCat.
A focused reporting window
Filter by project, app and platform across 7, 15, 30 or 90 completed days. Reports open with 15 days selected.
No duplicate income
RevenueCat figures do not increase consolidated store revenue or subscriber totals. Projects remain separate even when they contain the same app.

A connected view in three steps.

  1. 1

    Connect a project

In Settings → RevenueCat, verify a V2 secret API key with read access to projects, apps, and Charts & Metrics, then choose a project.

  2. 2

    Save your apps

Select iOS and Android apps and optionally confirm store-app mappings. Your apps must already send purchases to RevenueCat.

  3. 3

    Start the first import

Open Settings → Imports and choose Start first import. Follow progress for the last 90 completed days, refresh or retry there, and use automatic daily updates afterward.

Know what your reports cover
Provider permissions and chart availability affect which metrics are available. Missing data remains unavailable. MRR and trials are snapshots; estimated proceeds are not payouts. AppCradle adds no SDK and does not reconcile individual transactions between RevenueCat and the stores.
