Marketing performance, in context

Connect acquisition, revenue and subscriber movement in one marketing view.

By AppCradle · Published

Marketing decisions are easier when store activity and subscription performance can be read together. This archive edition looks at the marketing workspace available by the end of July.

Improved

A broader view of performance

Marketing performance brings proceeds, revenue growth and subscriber movement into the same workspace. Platform-specific indicators add context: Android net additions and cancellations, alongside iOS trials and billing-related signals.

These measures answer different questions. Acquisition shows how people reach and download an app; subscriber changes describe what happens after that. Keeping them together makes it easier to notice where a promising top-of-funnel trend does not yet translate into subscription growth.

Filters that make comparisons useful

Use the available period, app, country and source filters to focus the report. Keep the same selection when comparing figures, and read the descriptions next to each metric: not every filter applies to every dataset.

Using this view

Open Statistics → Marketing in a company with imported store reports. Start with the combined picture, then compare iOS and Android separately. An unavailable value means the underlying report is missing or incomplete; it should not be treated as zero activity.
