Two translucent report panels flow into a single blue revenue chart.

Understand your subscription business with a dedicated RevenueCat report alongside your existing store analytics.

New

RevenueCat reports for iOS and Android

Company owners can connect RevenueCat in Settings → RevenueCat, select the apps to import, then open Settings → Imports to start loading reports and follow progress. Each connected project has its own report in Statistics → RevenueCat.

Explore revenue, estimated proceeds, MRR, active subscriptions, trials, refunds and daily conversion or churn measures where RevenueCat provides them. Filter by project, app and platform, then choose 7, 15, 30 or 90 completed days. Reports open with the last 15 days selected.

RevenueCat figures stay separate from store and advertising totals, so connecting another reporting source does not add the same purchases twice. Missing or incomplete data remains visible as a limitation instead of appearing as zero activity.

Import controls and clearer setup

Setup instructions explain the required API permissions and optional store-app mappings. Start your first import immediately from Settings → Imports without waiting for the nightly update. Progress, refresh and retry controls live alongside your other imports, with the same blue progress indicators. Saving app selections in RevenueCat settings does not start an import. Previous published reports remain available if a refresh fails, and disconnecting removes the stored key while retaining published reports.

Subscription health at a glance

Statistics Overview now includes RevenueCat MRR, active trials, new paid subscriptions and refunds for each connected project. The summary follows your platform filter, shows its reporting dates and links to the full RevenueCat report. These figures remain separate from consolidated income and subscriber totals.

Improved

App Store refresh follows report availability

App Store refresh now checks up to seven recent days for the latest available Sales and Subscription reports when Apple has not published the newest reports yet. Each report keeps its actual date, and existing historical gaps remain visible. Use Refresh to retrieve available data now; Import missing continues to retry the exact missing dates.

Daily RevenueCat updates

Connected RevenueCat projects with selected apps refresh automatically each day, alongside manual import controls.

AdMob and RevenueCat setup guides

Explore AdMob and RevenueCat from the homepage and dedicated integration pages. New Guides explain connection permissions, app selection, first imports and how to interpret reports without double-counting income.

Delete an unused workspace

Company owners and platform administrators can permanently remove a company from Settings → General by confirming its name. Deletion removes the workspace’s imported reports, integration credentials and team access while keeping user accounts and external service data intact.

Practical articles for app businesses

The new Blog brings together practical perspectives on running an app business. Start with a weekly metrics review, compare advertising and subscription models, or plan a monetization experiment with clear success measures and safeguards. Find Blog in the public navigation and follow related Guides and tools from each article.

Fixed

App Store reports with hidden subscriber counts

App Store imports now accept reports where Apple leaves the Subscribers field blank. Hidden counts remain unknown, while available subscription and revenue figures continue to import. Use Settings → Imports → Retry all to retry a report affected by this issue.
